1. Services Provided
SujonCal provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

- Google Ads Management
- Website Design & Development
- Website Management
- Marketing Consulting
All services are customized based on client needs and agreed scope.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete business information
- Provide access to necessary platforms (Google Ads, hosting, social media, etc.)
- Respond in a timely manner to communication requests
- Approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes
Failure to provide required access or communication may delay results.
3. Payments
- All services require upfront payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Monthly services are billed in advance.
- Late payments may result in paused services.
- Client is responsible for all advertising spend paid directly to platforms such as Google.
4. Intellectual Property
- Website designs and marketing materials remain property of SujonCal until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, client receives usage rights to completed deliverables.
- We may use completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice.
- Monthly services require 14 days notice before next billing cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for work already completed.
6. Limitation of Liability
SujonCal is not liable for:
- Business losses
- Platform suspensions (Google, Facebook, etc.)
- Changes in search engine algorithms
- Third-party service interruptions
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with applicable international business standards.
