Because we provide digital marketing services, refunds are limited.
1. Service-Based Work
All services involve time, expertise, and strategic planning.
Once work has begun, fees are non-refundable.
2. Monthly Services
- Payments for SEO, Ads Management, or Website Management are non-refundable.
- Clients may cancel future billing with proper notice.
- Work completed during current billing cycle will not be refunded.
3. Website Development
- 50% deposit required to begin.
- Deposit is non-refundable.
- Remaining balance due before website transfer or launch.
- No refunds once website is delivered.
4. Advertising Spend
Ad budget paid to platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) is not refundable through SujonCal.
5. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Service was not started
- Duplicate payment occurred
- Billing error was made
All refund decisions are at our sole discretion.
6. Chargebacks
If a client initiates a chargeback without contacting us first:
- Services will be immediately terminated.
- Client forfeits access to all deliverables.
- Legal action may be pursued if necessary.
